ARKANSAS — A warm and comfortable Monday is unfolding across Arkansas with high temperatures climbing into the mid to upper 70s statewide and a noticeably drier airmass settling in compared to Sunday. Most of Arkansas will remain completely void of rain today, with only scattered rain chances across the southernmost counties. North of Interstate 40, dew points could drop into the 30s, making for an especially fresh and comfortable feel across northern and central portions of the state throughout the afternoon.
Temperature Breakdown Across Arkansas
The Arkansas Weather Network Monday high temperature map shows a pleasant warmup spread across the entire state. Northwestern communities including Fayetteville reach 77 degrees while Harrison and Mountain Home top out at 76 degrees across the northern tier.
Central Arkansas sees consistent mid to upper 70s, with Russellville and Clinton both hitting 78 degrees, Fort Smith also reaching 78, and Searcy coming in at 77. Little Rock reaches 74 degrees Monday afternoon while Hot Springs climbs to 75 and Batesville hits 77.
Southern Arkansas communities including De Queen reach 77, Camden hits 75, El Dorado reaches 75, and Texarkana tops out at 75 degrees. Helena, Stuttgart, Pine Bluff, and Lake Village all settle in the mid 70s across the eastern and southeastern portions of the state.
Dry Airmass Makes It Feel Comfortable
Beyond the warm temperatures, the noticeably drier airmass settling into Arkansas today is what makes Monday feel particularly comfortable across the state. Dew points dropping into the 30s north of Interstate 40 will make the upper 70s feel significantly more pleasant than the humid conditions residents experienced over the weekend.
This dry airmass represents a welcome change from the recent pattern and will make outdoor activities across northern and central Arkansas feel genuinely enjoyable throughout the Monday afternoon hours.
Rain Limited to Southernmost Counties
While most of Arkansas enjoys a dry Monday, scattered rain chances do exist across the southernmost counties of the state today. Communities north of Interstate 40 and across the majority of central and northern Arkansas should see no rain at all throughout the day. Stay with GordonRamsayClub.com for the latest updates.
