SPRINGFIELD, LOUISIANA — A violent home invasion in Livingston Parish has led to the arrest of two Baton Rouge men after authorities say they forced their way into a woman’s home, assaulted her, and stole a safe in broad daylight. The incident happened around 11 a.m. Monday along Patterson Road in Springfield.
