How to Make Chai Tea to Reduce Inflammation, Strengthen Immunity, and Improve Digestion

  • ½ tablespoons fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey, for sweetening (tip: better to use a  wooden or plastic spoon)

Instructions:

Put the spices into 150 -200 ml purified water and leave it for about 10-15 min.

Before use add the coconut milk and sweeten with the honey.
